Day 8: Strength in His Power

Good morning! As we begin our second week, we’ll focus on the source of our strength: God’s power. Today’s scripture, Ephesians 6:10, reminds us to be strong in the Lord and rely on His might.

Scripture Reading:
"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might." — Ephesians 6:10

Reflection:
Paul’s words here are a reminder that our strength doesn’t come from our own abilities but from God. In a season of new beginnings, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or inadequate. But God never calls us to something without equipping us.

Being strong in the Lord means staying connected to Him through prayer, worship, and His Word. When we draw near to Him, His power fills us, enabling us to face every challenge.

Application:
Spend time in prayer today, asking God to strengthen you for the tasks and opportunities ahead. Reflect on areas where you’ve been relying on your own strength, and commit to leaning on Him instead.

Prayer:
"Father, we thank You that our strength comes from You. Fill us with Your power today, enabling us to face every challenge with confidence and peace. Teach us to rely on You fully. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
